GroundLink needed to improve its public retail B2C website. Leveraging the success of GroundLink's B2B booking portal BRIO launched a year earlier, we continued to improve on the user experience, design and ecommerce features to create one of the most delightful booking experiences in the industry. This included innovations like pickup and travel time reccomendations as well as A/B testing and an advanced analytic portal for superior retail managment. Though the success story has just begun, we are already seeing increases in conversion and upsell.
